Local delivery across Miami-Dade, from $0 to $20 depending on location. Orders are freshly packed during the season, Oct 15 – May 15.
On arrival
Your claws are cooked promptly after harvest and chilled. Never frozen. Place them in the refrigerator as soon as they arrive.
Serving
Stone crab is served best cold, with mustard sauce, lemon or drawn butter.
